Technical Interface: Cheat Network provides a user-directed technical interface that processes user-initiated requests and displays data. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, functionality, compatibility, or availability.
Experimental Nature: The service is experimental and dependent on third-party systems which may change at any time. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, results, or detectability.
Right to Refuse Service: Cheat Network reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
No Reliance: You acknowledge that you do not rely on any representation, warranty, or statement not expressly set out in these Terms.

Academic Integrity: You explicitly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with your school’s, university’s, or organization's Academic Integrity Policy.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use the service and any consequences resulting from such use.
Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with use of the service, including account bans, disciplinary actions, or legal consequences.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for the account used for authentication (e.g., Discord). Loss of account access is not our responsibility.
Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to Premium features is revoked instantly. To maintain access until the end of your period, do not cancel until you are finished using the service.
EU Users: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of your 14-day withdrawal right upon the earlier of: (a) first use of any feature, or (b) execution of any data retrieval request (e.g. retrieving a single answer).
Refunds: All purchases are final. By retrieving a single answer or response, you acknowledge the digital service is fully delivered. Refunds may be granted only where required by applicable law.
We use technical measures, including hardware fingerprinting, to detect abuse. Sharing login credentials, creating "alt" accounts, or generating fake referrals is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban without refund. Users may request review of enforcement decisions.
The service is for personal use only. You may only use tools for your own assignments. Providing "service for hire" or reselling access is strictly prohibited.

Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
